Amber Inclusion Specimen

Amber Inclusion Specimen distills the look of Baltic-amber inclusion micrographs: an ancient insect or fleck of plant debris suspended inside a glowing honey-gold nodule of fossil resin. Under backlit transmitted-light microscopy the resin radiates amber-orange while the inclusion and the surrounding stage fall to near-black.

The register is half natural-history specimen plate, half jewel. One warm, translucent specimen floats in a dark field, annotated with a thin scale bar, magnification note, and catalog ID in quiet monograph type.

「琥珀内含物标本」提炼自波罗的海琥珀内含物显微照片的气质——一只远古昆虫或一缕植物碎屑，封存在一颗发光的蜜金色化石树脂结核之中。在背光透射式显微镜下，树脂散发琥珀橙色光晕，而内含物与四周载物台则沉入近乎纯黑。

整体调性一半是自然史标本图版，一半是珠宝。一枚温润、半透明的标本悬浮于深色视野中央，配以纤细的比例尺、放大倍率标注，以及以专著体排版的标本编号。其源头是东欧波罗的海琥珀产区在 1950 至 1990 年间留下的始新世琥珀记录。
